Return Policy

General Merchandise

Unopened, unused equipment and supplies (such as filters, food, and decor) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, and must be in original condition. Opened food, medication, and water treatment products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Special Orders

Anything ordered specifically at a customer's request is final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
