These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Caesar's Tropical Fish website (“the Site”) and any orders placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for browsing our product catalog, learning about our livestock and services, and placing pickup orders. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it using automated means without our permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Product & Pricing Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate and up to date. Because livestock availability changes daily, in-stock status shown online reflects our most recent inventory count but is not guaranteed at the moment you place an order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or adjust an order if an item becomes unavailable before pickup.

Orders & Fulfillment

All orders placed through the Site are for in-store pickup only; we do not currently offer shipping or delivery. Orders are prepared for pickup within the fulfillment window shown at checkout (currently 3 business hours), during the pickup hours listed on the Site. Payment is collected in person, by cash, at the time of pickup.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caesar's Tropical Fish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of livestock, equipment failure, or property damage, except as required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
