Shipping & Delivery

Caesar's Tropical Fish does not currently offer shipping or local delivery. All online orders are prepared for in-store pickup only, at our location:

1648 Piner Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Pickup Hours

Online orders can be scheduled for pickup during the following windows:

• Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders require a minimum of 3 hours to prepare, so the earliest available pickup slot shown at checkout will always be at least 3 hours from the time the order is placed.

Payment

We currently accept cash only, paid in person at the time of pickup. No payment is collected online when you place your order — placing an order online simply reserves the items and pickup time; payment is completed in store.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at 707.546.7456 as soon as possible, ideally before your scheduled pickup window.
